peeing less?? possibly TMI

OK so I have always drank over a gallon of water a day peeing about every hour. You always hear when you get pregnant you pee more but I am peeing drastically less. Like 1-3 times a day now opposed to 8+ before. Also my pee is more concentrated. It used to be practially clear and now it is more yellow. Funny thing is that I go for an ultrasound every week and right before they make you pee and I did and not even 5 minutes later she did the ultrasound and said my bladder was full but I didnt have to go for another 3 hours.

So here is my question. Has this happened to anyone else who has always drank a ton of water? Also I was reading that your body needs more water when you are pregnant. Could it just be that my body is absorbing more water? I am going to ask my doctor on wednesday wasn't sure if it was cause for concern

Married 11/27/09 and TTC right away
Dx: Complete septate uterus with cervical duplication, endometrial polyps, PCOS, endometriosis, hypo thyroid, luteal phase defect
4 uterus surgeries to correct my complete septum and to remove polyps and 2 years of seeing the RE, medicated cycles and IUIs
Baby 1 and 2: BFP 3/3/11 with 2 babies EDD 11/1/11, M/C 4/6/11
Baby #3: 8/11 pregnant EDD 4/27/11 and m/c:(
Baby #4: 10/12/11 BFP! EDD 6/16/12m/c 10/26/11
Baby #5: 3/13/12 BFP! EDD 11/25/12 ANOTHER m/c :(

Baby #6: 2/14/13- BFP! EDD 10/24/13, CP 2/19/13
Baby #7: 3/15/13- BFP! EDD 11/27/13, another CP
Baby #8.  BFP 5/19/13 EDD 1/22/14. 8 was not our lucky number

4th septum resection on 5/31/13.
Baby #9: 6/29/13 BFP. C section scheduled for March 5th!

My miracle baby was born March 5 at 9:33am. He was 8 lbs 12.5 oz and 21.25 inches long!

    I'm kind of in the same boat. I drink a ton of water and I haven't had to go as much this week either. I think part of it for me is that I'm losing a lot of it from vomiting. I don't think it's cause for concern. 

    After two losses, a rainbow arrived! DD born 11.5.11
    Dx with severe Asherman's syndrome after a botched PP D&C (pursuing med mal)
    Hysteroscopy Oct '13, not enough progress 
    Hysteroscopy Jan '14, given an end-of-the-road diagnosis
    Joined International Asherman's Association April '14 
    Not ready to give up yet.
    Hysteroscopy with Dr. Isaacson (an expert in the USA) 6.2.14: Good prognosis, at least 50% of cavity open.
    Repeat hysteroscopy scheduled with Dr. I on 6.16.14. Great progress. Unbenched!!!!
    Discussing actively TTC with DH after the heartache of the last year. We're both reeling.

    I'm also peeing less!!

    Weeks 4 and 5 I peed a lot, but lately I'm not even getting up once during the night. I think I'm also not drinking enough and I'm nauseous a lot, so maybe that has something to do with it.

    Definitely mention it to your doctor.  I read in What to Expect that you shouldn't be concerned unless you have difficulty urinating or pain while urinating.  Just one question:  Are you sure you're still drinking the same amount of water as before pregnancy?

    It could be your body is using that water to "do stuff" (like make the placenta, increase your blood volume, etc) instead of pee. I definitely pee constantly though so I'm not sure about that. Why do you have an u/s every week btw?

    I am high risk so i go in every week and they check on my baby.

    yes i am drinking just as much if not more. no difficulty or pain but i have to call my doctor tomorrow so I will ask. Thanks.
