Foam Puzzle/Mat Recalls

So I must be out of the loop because I'm just now hearing about this. I think it's still just over in Europe but the things I've been reading are that its got everything thinking about the ones here in the US. I hadn't yet bought T one of these but have been wanting to for a long time and was planning on it for one of her Easter gifts, but now I'm a little nervous.

Anyone been following this and know more? From the things I've been able to find on it it's ones that are made of EVA foam.

    We had one, and took it up once Evan was getting around good.  I am going to toss it and get a new one for the next LO, as the dog nails put a ton of holes/divots in it.
