can you smell preggers?
Okay, I dont know HOW to say this so I am just going to say it. Sorry if its TMI!
I have noticed a not-so-average scent of myself lately. I dont have an infection of any kind, I checked that already. It is just one more thing that I am questioning pregnancy. I have also had increased discharg. Arent these two things also signs of pregnncy?
It is driving me CRAZY! Today I have taken two flipping showers, changed my chonies three times and wear a liner....Gah!

IVF #1 with ICSI - ER 1/20 (16R, 12M, 10F), ET 1/23 (1-10 cell and 1-8cell transferred), BFP on 1/31 Beta #1 on 2/3 = 68, Beta #2 on 2/6 = 261 EDD 10/12/12
But I don't think the sniff test equates to a HPT.

Dearest OP, the frank way in which you're talkin' about your chonies is givin' me the blushe. if you've got the stinkies, you probably do have an infection, call your doctor. I don't know how you already "checked" that I wouldn't be relying on no home vaginitis test kit.
Your CM should have a musky odor, for lack of a better description. It's not supposed to smell like roses. The type of CM you have can sometimes determine scent. TMI warning: My creamy CM smells slightly different than EWCM. Just the way it is, and after 10 cycles charting, I know that's normal for me. End warning. It also may not be "discharge" that you're seeing more of. Is it clear? It could be EWCM, in which case you're just fertile. I'd read up on CM in TCOYF or FF tutuorials. (Bump glossary waaaay down there on the left, sweetie.)
If none of this applies and green cottage cheesy stuff (made myself throw up) is coming out, call your doc.

Cycle 10 - 50mg Clomid + TI = BFN
Cycle 11 - 50mg Clomid + IUI converted to TI = BFN
Cycle 12 - 50mg Clomid + IUI #1 = BFN
Cycle 13 - Clomid Break + Charting + Dr. Recommendations = BFN
Cycle 14 - Clomid Break + Charting + meeting with URO (all clear!) = BFP!!

There are three reasons that the scent might be as unpleasant as you are describing:
Bacterial vaginosis: "BV" caused by an overgrowth of "smelly" bacteria over the normal bacteria that is colonized down there. Smells like fish. Makes a grey discharge.
Trichomonas: A nice little protozoan (yup, microscopic mobile unicellular animal) that can live down below. Smells like garbage, sorta rancid. But sometimes not so strong. Makes a frothy discharge.
Yeast infection: White frothy discharge, smells sickly-sweet (always reminds me of beer!) itchy, itchy vag and vulva.
