I'm going to start with an introduction. My DH and I are just now starting to try for our second. My DS was born on 4/26/10 and would love to give him a sibling. 3. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING? Yes, most of the time. But sometimes if a letter turns out funny the perfectionist in me will want to fix it by writing over it and trying to re-shape it. Weird, I know.
4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LUNCH MEAT? Salami
5. HOW MANY KIDS WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE? I go back and forth between 2 and 3. DH is set on 2. He has 3 siblings and I love get-togethers with his family because they seem so much more fun than the ones with my family (I have 1 sibling). But I know that from a practical standpoint 2 would be so much easier.
TTC: 7 DPO today. I'm thrilled to have made it longer than my last LP (which was 3 days), but I keep thinking I'll find AF every time I use the bathroom. I'm trying to hope for the best, but after last cycle I'm also trying to set my expectations low.
Also, I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever have another closed circle this cycle. Today and yesterday I woke up almost an hour and a half early and the few days before I woke up 30-40 minutes early. I had more closed circles when DD WASN'T sleeping through the night. (Not that I would trade the uninterrupted sleep for closed circles.)

No, I never got it, so weird!!
So far so good with the first round! Crazy hot flashes and night sweats, was a little weepy on the estradiol and have been really tired and feeling icky, especially toward the end of the day on progesterone. I told mh, when I have to take it for 3 months straight, it will be worth it, but it is doing a number on my lady bits!
I didn't get a follie check 
. I am going to ask for one next cycle if this one is a bust. I think they only do them if you are going to trigger. I got the baseline and cd 3, which is major important. So, now we just wait. I don't know what I was expecting, but my O pain was really mild this cycle compared to my unmedicated cycles...probably doesn't mean a thing, but I have overanalyzed after reading other symptoms people have had on clomid.

Saw my OB on Monday for a second opinion. Basically she said the same thing as my RE, she doesn't believe that fertility meds will help me because I am ovulating right around the same time each month and my progesterone is normal. They don't know why I am having early miscarriages. We have decided against IVF and will keep trying for at least a few months now. If we don't get PG in 6 months or so we might start discussing adoption. I am really hoping God is holding a miracle for us, I just don't feel like this is it.
Unexplained secondary infertility...bleh. Gave it a few more tries and BFP on 3/31

Have they checked your progesterone at different times in the LP? I just don't buy any of that. My progesterone is normal and I ovulate at the same time every month. What were your CD 3 FSH levels?
They checked my progesterone at 7dpo and it was normal, but not different times in the LP. That is something I was wondering about but my OB just said that if I do get PG she will monitor me and add progesterone if needed. I haven't had my CD 3 FSH levels done.

Hi!! I've been around (mostly lurking) since august. I keep meaning to join this check in but never seem to get around to it. We have been TFAS since august 2010. For me this means 9 or 10 cycles. I started charting in January, I think. It looks as though I might have a LP defect, certainly my LP is on the short side. I'm giving it a few more cycles to see what the average is. This cycle has been a mess temping-wise. I'm pretty sure FF has me O'ing on the wrong day but I can't tell when or if it did happen (although I suspect CD 12 or 13 - which seems to be normal for me).
I'm really really frustrated right now. We were insanely lucky with DD - first cycle. I really expected it to be easier than it has been for a sibling. I always wanted 2 years between kids and as that gets further and further away I get more and more annoyed/sad. Ack....didn't mean to dump all that...nothing like a cheery intro huh? I really do know how lucky I am to have a beautiful daughter already and really don't want to come across all "WAAAAHHH I didn't get pg right away!!!" Anyway...on to the questions:

My Great grandma (mom's mom's mom) was marian, my grandma (mom's mom) was marian, my mom's middle name is marian, and I kept the tradition going by using marian for my DD's middle name. My middle name is my other grandmothers first name.2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED? I don't actually remember but I'm sure it was within the past week. I'm a softy ever since pregnancy messed with my hormones : )

2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED? Sobbed hysterically while waiting to find out if my friend in Japan was ok, then cried again watching the events unfold.
3. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING? It's not bad. My cursive is decent and my printing is legible.

5. HOW MANY KIDS WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE? We thought we were one and done but now we're thinking a second would be nice. Who knows how we'll feel after #2 if we're so lucky. The first one just kind of happened, and that was so long ago it feels like an eternity. This one feels like more effort, and I don't know if I really want to "try" again after this, especially considering how big the gap will be between the two. Looking back it was a mixed blessing to have no clue what was going on with my body. Now I know everything, and I'm not certain if that's better or worse.
