BRU Rewards

Does anyone have a babies r us rewards card?  According to BRU, you are supposed to get rewards when purchases are made off your registry.  So tonight I tried to log onto the site, they said it was an invalid membership.  I went to my registry and the card number matches the card I have.  I am annoyed and want to make sure I get rewards for my purhcases.  I guess I will go into the store to try to figure it out, was just curious if anyone else had issues with the site.

    I did. Ended up having to go into the store and took care of it, but now there are no problems (and the rewards are pretty good).

    There is a look up option for your rewards card ID, incase you don't know your number, try that.

    You have to enroll online, too. Go to the Rewards page, click join and then click on Register Your Membership (under Did you enroll in a store?) I've had my card for a long time, but I had this problem recently when I went to update my address.

    This.  I just called the customer service line today because I couldn't log on the website and they told me I had to do this.  It wouldn't let me print off anything for the current cycle and it wont end until after my due date, but I suppose I'll use the reward bucks for something afterwards.
