  • Where in NEPA are you?  I see you are listed as being in NY.  Sorry you were being bullied.  There are definitely providers around here that will give you a fair shot.

  • Hmmm. . . I am closer to Philly, so I don't know doctors out that way.  I used a CNM with my VBAC (in a hospital).  You might want to contact the local ICAN.  They are a great resource for who the VBAC friendly folks are in the area.

  • I am about an hour north of you and was struggling to find a VBAC provider for my last pregnancy.  I am very excited to share that I am meeting with a homebirth midwife tomorrow....she lives closer to you than me!  Her name is Lisa Robertson, she's located out of Ponds Eddy, NY and her practice is Womanwise Midwifery.  I have her phone number and e mail if you have trouble finding her....I found her through facebook, believe it or not!

Lisa delivered DD!  I absolutely LOVE her.  She's great!  To the OP, good luck.  There basically aren't any good VBAC OBs in the area.

  • im in bucks county pa and my doctors do vbac- womens health associates of bucks county.  i LOVE their practice.

MA saw the same midwife I'm seeing now, Ronni Rothman.  She delivers out of Montgomery Hospital in Norristown and is wonderful, and her VBAC rate is fabulous (100% last year and when I saw her in February for my first appointment she was 3 for 3 this year).
