Why do my clicky polls

Why do my clicky polls never show up? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. :-)

    I had to just create a poll to remember!  Hence the above clicky on how many kids do you want.  When you go to create a poll, you fill in the 2 portions showing then you click on 'poll' and add your questions.  But you must put something on the first page 'message' part.  That is where I went wrong when I first started making them.  Hope that helps!
