Box from Amazon with no packing slip - ?

It's a gift for DS (his birthday was over the weekend), but there's no indication of the sender!  Isn't there usually a packing slip with a gift message?  (I hope/ thought so, as I often send gifts from Amazon!)  Any ideas re how to figure this out?

    Just give amazon a call....their customer service people are great with stuff like that.

    Some times, when people send multiple items, the packing slip only comes with one box.... so you might have another box coming tomorrow.
