Seriously?! Pants stuck in highchair.

So DS finished his lunch and I go to get him out of his highchair... I can't get one of the straps to come out of the buckle. Upon closer inspection, I see that the end of the tie from his pants is wedged in there. It is IN there. So I can't pull that out and it must be blocking whatever trigger is in the buckle to make it so that I can pull out the strap. I'm making all these faces and noises while tugging to keep DS smiley so he doesn't get mad that he's still in his seat.

I ended up taking off his pants (which DS found to be pretty funny) and sliding his one leg through the strap. His pants are still stuck in the highchair! I considered cutting the pant tie off- nbd. But, the buckle would still be wedged shut. Hopefully, when DH gets home, he and I can each take an end and PULL it apart (without breaking it...)!

This sounds super frustrating, but I seriously just laughed out loud trying to picture that situation, glad your DS didn't get mad in the process! Good luck getting it undone tonight!
