Two Under 2

Please rec. your fav double stroller

The options seem endless and the prices vary greatly. I cannot narrow down my choices. I will need on infant carseat to fit on it.

I want to get the best all around stroller: good with one infant carseat, good for shopping and decent for outdoor walking etc.

Please rec. your fav double stroller!
Thanks!

  • I just "test drove" the Citi Mini Side by Side double. It's fantastic! You'll be able to put the car seat in (with an adapter) and it's god for both indoor shopping and outdoor walking. I'm a Stroller Strides mom and know its going to be great!

  • We'll be getting the BOB Revolution SE.  My friend has the last edition and it steers like a breeze.  It has a swivel wheel, is good on different terrains for jogging and inside and also has multiple attachments including one to put an infant carseat in one seat.  Downside?  Price.  Super pricey.  But we're having another girl, so a stroller and diapers are all we have to purchase!  https://www.bobgear.com/revolutionSEduallie

Another vote for the Baby Jogger Double City Mini.  We love ours and already get a ton of use out of it!  I'm amazed at how smooth and easy it is to push - even with the 2 kids I can push it one-handed with ease!

  • I love my Phil & Ted Sport. The best part is that it can be a single or a double. It maneuvers very easily. I just wish it had a cup holder!

  • Thanks for all the answers. I love my single BOB but can't imagine shopping through stores with the duallie. It's crazy big. Seems like the Jogger city mini might be a better option. I too am a stroller strides mom so I want to make sure it's a good enough stroller to walk/jog outside.
HA! All these fun decisions we have to make ;-)

    Thanks for the input.

  • I, too, have the Baby Jogger City Mini. We actually have the single and the double. I love that meets all of our needs instead of having multiple strollers.

We have this in black and LOVE it. Get compliments all the time that it is the cadillac of strollers. The basket is HUGE (one of my girls has special needs and we can fit the diaper bag, an O2 tank, a suction machine and a ton of bags that take up all sorts of room). And I love that you can push/turn corners with one hand when you're holding something/one of the kids. Its heavy, but they all are and you get used to it.

We have the bumbleride in Seagrass and also love it!  I liked the city select and the britax bready also.  I saw all of them in the stores and i think any of the three are great.  The great thing about the bready is that it is easy to maneaver in stores unlike the other two because they are side by side.  I would try to see these three..they are all great options.

  • We have the Double BOB Revolution.  It's wonderful.  We bought a used p&t vibe but we were too tall for it and kept kicking it.  Then we bought a Graco Quattro Duo (again used) but it was too long to get around in stores.  Finally we went back to the BOB as we used to have a single BOB and loved that.  We use two single strollers (an umbrella stroller and snap n go) in stores right now (or a shopping cart) but we're going to buy a double umbrella stroller soon.
