WDYT? Wheatgrass allergy

I just started wheatgrass to help lower my FSH.  As luck would have it, I'm allergic to wheatgrass.  I get a mild-moderate histamine reaction ... mainly runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes ... typical of a 'grass' allergy.  Nothing anaphylactic or more serious.

So, if I take a benadryl (anti-histamine), with the wheatgrass, do you think that the wheatgrass is still effective?  Or do you think that the histamine response is enough to counteract the detox benefits of wheatgrass?  Meaning that the allergy causes a stress response, so the detox effects don't really work.

    I was told "No anti-histamines" when we were going through IVF and our FET....

    I think I'd check in with your Dr. about the immune reaction and whether the reaction is worth it...?

    I haven't started any IVF or hormone treatments yet.  I'm just doing this on my own.
