Other: My husband will be finishing his dissertation for his PhD next year on fellowship, so he'll be staying home taking care of the baby and writing. I'll go back to work full-time after about 12 weeks.

Ooooh! That is definitely a good "other". Good luck to the Dr on his dissertation! I should add a "work at home" option!
My parents will be watching our LO during the day for the first year. A friend of the family (who is also watching her daughters LO during the day) will watch our kiddo every other Friday - and my mom will be watching their kiddo on the opposite Friday. It gives them 2 "free days" a month. I'm so glad my mom offered to watch our LO it will def. make going back to work easier.
After the 1st year (well kiddo will be 9 months) I plan on being a SAHM as long as everything continues to play out as we hope.
I do actually work from home in a sales position, but LO will be going to daycare at least 4 days a week, maybe 5 - we wont decide until I am on my mat. leave. I actually need to get work done at home - and I think with LO there, his priorities will supercede work (obviously), and with frequent feedings, and such, I wont get any work done!
Right now we pay MIL to watch G. However, she does not want to watch 2 kids (understandable) and does not want to watch the infant (she had G as an infant). I was hoping that she would take the baby and we could transition G to daycare, but it looks like that's not going to happen.
If we have to put 1 in, I'd rather it be him as I want to at least get him in a PT program for socialization and to get ready for preschool, and you know, he's not a tiny baby anymore.
OTHER - My husband and I both work FT, so my MIL watches the LO for us, but NOT for free. We pay her $100/week for now until our new addition comes. My son loves going there though. They go to the park, read, watch cartoons, play outside and do stuff all day together.

Other: I'll be bringing the baby to work with me. I work for a real estate brokerage. My broker works out of her home, and my office is her guestroom. She's fully encouraging me to bring the baby to work with me.
I went with 35+ hours but I don't know if you would have prefered 'other'. I'm a case of 'extended mat leave'. I get a year off (so way more than the 26 weeks you described) but once I do return to work, he'll be in daycare.
I work 12 hour night shifts 3 nights a week. I only need day care on the days where I work the night before and that night so I can sleep. The way my schedule and my husband's work schedule is I only need someone 1-2 days a week. I will have someone in my home to watch the baby. I plan on breastfeeding so the babysitter will just bring the baby to me when she needs to be fed. Quite a few of my coworkers have this arrangement and it has worked nicely for them.
Other - My sister quit her job to start an "in-home" daycare for family (she only takes family, that way she doesn't have to apply for a state license) when my cousin and I had our children (they are 2 months apart). We pay her by the hour, comes out to be roughly $40-50 a week.
She is now up to 4 kids (one of them being her infant). With our # 2 on the way in August we are seriously thinking of a different situation d/t the circumstances. Its not fair to her OR the kids to add anymore into that.
DH is busy applying at different jobs trying to find a straight shift 1st or 2nd ( he works 10:30am to 7pm. And I am in health care so I think I can find something on the opposite shift as him that way we only need an 1 or 2 hours of overlap "daycare" a day.
Other: I am also an other. I will be finishing up my Phd and will be writing my dissertation while on fellowship for probably the next two years. So, I will be home doing that while also working pt out of the house (17 hours a week). DH works from home and owns his own company, so our schedules allow for no daycare.
I do think this will take some maneuvering. We could afford daycare, but we prefer not to do it. So, worst case scenario, if this becomes too much, I will quit the pt job- which I don't really need but enjoy doing to keep me organized.

That sounds like a nice arrangment for everybody!
