Sex prediction (not the pee test, I promise!)

My mom is convinced she has minor psychic abilities...and she told me that she dreamt about a little girl crawling in bed with her, and she knew it was my baby. So my mom is predicting a girl...

Anyone else have people predicting the sex of the baby? Or do you FEEL like you're having a boy or girl?

Oh how weird but cool! I'm saying boy and DH is saying girl. I keep slipping up and saying "him" or "he" but not sure if that really means anything. It will be interesting though. I am one of 6 girls (no brothers) and DH is one of 4 boys (no sisters). Clash of the Titans!

My grandma swore up and down that DD was a girl throughout my entire pregnancy. DH and I knew, but we didn't tell anyone else until she was born.

Only our parents know right now, so I'm sure once more people know, we'll hear guesses.

DH says boy... and the Chinese gender chart says boy. I had a dream it was a girl the other night, but I'm not 100% sure. I think I need more time to see what I think!

No body knows yet to be predicting but I feel rather strongly its a boy. Before I knew I was pregnant I had a dream about me with my little boy. Never had a dream like that before.

So strange because this happened to me too! The week before I got my BFP I had two dreams about a baby boy. I attribute it to the fact that TTC was all I could think about but it is interesting that this happened to others.

I think it is going to be a boy and DH thinks it is going to be a girl:)

Haha! My mom is also convinced she has psychic abilities...so I'm sure once she knows, she'll be calling me up telling me about dreams just like your mom.

I have a strong feeling this is a girl. Chinese gender chart says girl. But I have basically a 0% track record of guessing baby genders; I wonder if that goes for my own baby too? Haha

DH's grandpa says girl which is what he said with DD! But I don't know I feel like boy and DH says boy too so I guess time will tell!!!

When I was pregnant with DD I got to hear the HB at 11 weeks and it was 174. I called my mom and told her. She matter of factly told me "oh, it's a girl" and called the baby a girl until it was verified at 20 weeks.

With DD, I had a strong feeling she was a girl. I would love to have another girl so for some reason, I just know it's going to be a boy, which will be great too.

I had no feeling either way with DD, but I'm kind of thinking this one is a boy for some reason. Chinese gender predictor chart was right for DD and says this one is a boy, so we shall see, lol.

LOL at the pee test! I think my bro & SIL did this, but I'm not sure what it said (they're having a boy in May).

Only a few people know so far and no one has made predictions. DH and I both think it's a girl. DH's bro and sis each had a boy then a girl. We had a boy...so we're due to have a girl (this is DH's reasoning). I'm going with the slightly more scientific (but probably still bogus) reasons 1) sperm viability/speed theory. We only DTD 3 days before O (weren't going to TTC til next cycle). If that theory is correct, chances are slim a Y sperm would have survived long enough. 2) Ramzi (?) theory that placenta on left = girl, right = boy. I felt some twinges of pain on my left side on the day I'm pretty certain implantation occurred (this was before I had heard of this theory). 3) I just sort of feel like it's a girl. I started a list of names...all girl names.

DH works with a woman who was DESPERATE for a girl and kept getting pregnant on "accident" in pursuit for a girl. During her last pregnancy, she bought the store gender test and it came back girl. She literally went nuts getting Pink stuff, and planning for her long awaited Princess. When she arrived.....she was clearly A HE. She now has 4 boys and her DH finally wised up and got his vasectomy versus trusting her birth control.

In response to OP, I'm totally thinking BOY for this one. I don't know why, but from the second I got my BFP I've been referring to Spawn as "he." If he's a girl, I will feel like a total jacka$s and never tell her I guessed wrong. Stick out tongue

Two days before I found out I was pregnant I had a dream I was pregnant with a little girl. I really feel like I'm having a girl, but I don't know if its because I really want a girl having two sons or if I feel it, haha. Guess we'll see soon enough. DH is convinced its a boy.

I don't have a feeling either way at this point. I've caught myself referring to the baby as a she a few times and as a he a few times. Yestserday in particular, when we saw the heartbeat on the ultrasound I thought, "There he is!" But the other day talking to DH I said, "She." So who knows?

before we even got pregnant, my aunt had a dream that i had a little boy and didnt tell her and she woke up so mad at me lol. so now that im pregnant and told her she insists its her dream coming true and im going to have a little boy. im curious to see if shes right

I am "feeling" girl, I was right with my last two pregnancies so we'll see. But I have to admit, I do want a girl so that could be part of it. We have a girl name picked, and I love it! This will be our last baby, so I will be sad if we don't get to use our girl name haha. Plus our son has a genetic disorder, and although our doctors have said it is not gender-specific, our son has it and our daughter doesn't, which logically I know means nothing, but I can't help but be a little nervous of having a boy. Our son is an absolute joy despite his disabilities, and I will of course be ecstatic whether it's a boy or a girl, and whether it has special needs or not. But I'm still feeling girl! And m/s is hitting already too!
