Old Navy Swimwear Sizing

Anyone have any experience with Old Navy Swimwear? My DD is 22 months.  I'm debating between a 2T and 3T? Do they run small? I've never ordered anything for Olivia from there before.  Thanks

    My experience with Old Navy is that everything runs small.

    Is she potty trained or does she wear diapers still?  Last summer daughter was wearing 2T clothes and she wore a 2T swimsuit from Old Navy.  It fit her pretty perfect and she is tiny.  She was potty trained.
