I have this one and I love it. A word of caution though, if there is any raised pattern to the bottom of your tub the suction cups won't stick! Mine will only work in the upstairs bathroom
We were told in baby class that you aren't suppose to use them because of the risk of drowning (this is in Canada though, and they have banned walkers too).
Am I the only one that just uses the regular bath tub? I just lay him in it with the water about 1/2 way over his ears. He kicks and plays and I let him sit up and play for a while too until I get sick of taking the wash cloth from him so he doesn't drink his own bath water

......sounds ridiculous to me. I think the risk of drowning is because parents think they can put a baby in a bath seat and just leave them unattended since they're in the seat. Any unattended baby can drown seat or no seat. If your baby is in the bath stay with your baby. The seat we have at my Mom's house has a warning on the top specifically saying "babies CAN drown in a bath seat do not leave your baby unattended for any length of time for any reason"
I agree with this completely! The drowning risk is because parents put their infant child in a tub with water and then leave them unattended. I am always right at the tub for DD baths. If I need something when she is in the tub either DH gets it for me or I take DD out of the tub.
We also have the same Safety First Bath Seat. We love it and DD loves it as well and have been using it since DD has been about 4.5 to 5 months old.

We used to have a duckie bath then once DS started sitting up and pulling up he would climb out of the duckie bath so I put him in the big tub with a slip proof bath matt. He dove forward one day and busted his face on the side of the tub. That's when we got the bath seat. I have a crazy squirmy baby and a splasher. Bath time is a blast but there's no way he'd stay still and not hurt himself haha.
That's why I always hold him under the arms when he's sitting. He's a bit of a spaz in the water.
