So how many drinks does it take you to get drunk?

My friend has got to be the biggest light weight I've ever met. We went out for lunch yesterday while shopping and she had one pina colada and she was definitely buzzed half way through. It was very funny to watch.

Me? I don't drink often, but I can still handle a few.

Probably 4-5 beers (though I rarely drink that much beer), a bottle of wine, two and a half martinis, or like 4-5 mixed drinks like G&T or rum and Coke.

I'm a light weight as well. I swear I can drink one of those fruity drinks, like a Parrot Bay, and feel buzzed.

It depends on what it is. I usually start to feel it around halfway through the first mixed drink (especially if it's loaded with alcohol) if I haven't had a drink in awhile. I'm usually drunk by the 3rd drink depending on how I pace myself.

I don't really drink that much, though, so that could be a factor.

Sounds like some people have it down to a science.

I don't handle booze well and I'd rather just not drink in public to not humiliate myself. I'd rather have a giant piece of cake than a drink on most days though.

It depends. I'm a complete lightweight after being pg and then BFing the first time around. Usually 1 drink gave me a short buzz and 2 had me pretty tipsy. I only expect it to get worse.
