I know I need to go and exercise, but I am so tired. I make a point to get up and walk around at work whenever I get a chance, but the weather is so crummy I can never go on walks.
I was going 1-2 times a week to walk a few miles on the treadmill. But I haven't been since early January. I've been so busy and now my pubic bone feels like it will give way at any moment, so I'm not up for too much walking at this point.
I walk a lot, since I'm a full-time student and I'm on campus every day for classes. But other than this, I haven't really exercised. I have a prenatal DVD that I've tried to do twice, but I can get about 15 minutes in before I feel like I'm going to faint!

I'm guilty. Pre pregnancy I worked out 5-6 times a week religiously for years, I have not been to the gym since BFP

I used to exercise all the time (and ran marathons and races) but my doctor told me to stop when I got pregnant due to my past history. I still walk but nothing big.

I dont get a whole lot in. I try to do my yoga video, but it doesnt happen that often. I also try to walk around as much as I can, but I'm mostly stuck at my desk. I really wish the weather would get better. I count shopping as a workout lol.
I am SO guilty of this...and I feel like a huge bum since I used to run 4-5 times a week. But even from the beginning, I have had a hard time finding the energy and endurance to workout while pregnant. I bought a prenatal yoga dvd and have yet to even unwrap it I do try to take my dog out for a walk as often as I can, but I have to take a nap as soon as we get home, so sometimes I just don't. At this point, I think I'll just do the bulk of my exercising after our little guy is born. I know I should be working out more, but it's just not gonna happen at this point.
I'm guilty!! But...I wasn't one to workout pre-pregnancy either. We just moved to a warmer climate, so it has motivated me a little bit. I'm walking for about half an hour 4 times a week, but this is a new development (like in the last month). I'm trying to get motivated about working out and keeping the weight gain under control to make my life easier once LO is here.

Nope! I am still working out 5 days per week (running, spinning and strength training).
I am sure I am in the minority though.
Impressed!
I was going 2 -3 times a week in 1st tri.
Then once a week in 2nd.
And now, Im just too tired. I work in a school on the 4th floor though and go up and down those stairs all day long. I consider that my exercise now. I probably should freeze my gym membership thought instead of paying so much each month for nothing!!!
I can't, it hurts SO much. Side stitches, back pain, groin pain, it's awful. It's all I can do to get up and down out of a chair and walk at my job (I teach). My trainer is less than pleased. I can't wait to have this little guy, so that I can a) meet my little guy and b) get back into my routine. I had to stop working out at about 6 months and I've felt like a slug ever since.

Same here. I am going 4-6x a week. Doing mostly cardio and stretching, some weights but should be doing them more. My cardio is walking or elliptical for 35-50 minutes.
DH had to go in to work in the middle of the night to meet a truck shipment. He's usually SO out of it when he has to wake up early, and he woke up at 3:30 A.M. But when he got home, he ran into our bedroom, and asked, "Do you want to go for a run?" It was raining, 5:30 A.M., and I'm 31 weeks pregnant (and haven't run in ages). Umm, sorry, DH.

No exercise here, either. And since you know I live near you, I agree the weather hasn't been right for walks. I had previa issues and was told no exercise from week 10 until recently. I also have bad swelling in my wrists and ankles. But I could do mild exercise now. I'm not very motivated to do it, though, and haven't gained too much weight or anything. And, even though I love the weather we're having, if it clears up, I see hubs and I taking a few (very short) walks around the block.

I also mop the floors now and then. I walk to get the mail. I grocery shop. I have a townhouse so I must go up and down those stairs 6 or 7 times a day minimum
In all seriousness, I have been rotten with exercising, but I was pretty rotten with it before I got pregnant.
guilty. i used to run 3-4x a wk pre-prego and now i havent done anything in months. my motivation was SUPPOSED to be daylight savings time change but i still havent started :P
