Something similar was done a month or 2 ago but there have been a lot of new faces since then and I found it really interesting!
Tell us how you came up with your bump screen name.
Mine's a Finding Nemo reference (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpgNUS3prsw) and my wedding date.
Re: GTKY: Your Bump Name
My name IRL is Brandy and DH calls me bran muffin. 21 & 12 are our lucky numbers.
I created mine when I was on the knot. At the time I lived in NC and was in the process of moving to Rhode Island. Not very creative, I know!

"Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength."
It's our initials - both of our first names start with R and our last name starts with "S", and we were married in August 2007.
I know, so original, right?
My wedding date is 6/23!!!
I took our last name + Baby and put my lucky number on the end of it...really clever, right? lol
It is a mash-up of my first and maiden names. Also, in Spanish it means "Jenni land".
Mine is my black lab's name
DH and I got her two years after we started dating and I love that spoiled 85 lb huzzie to death!
Carolina Girl is a song about... girls from the Carolinas! You see the phrase on bumper stickers, mugs, t-shirts, etc around here a lot.
I'm actually from Louisiana, and because of the military have lived all over the country, but South Carolina is the first place that I have ever lived and fallen completely, head over heels in love with! So, I consider myself an honorary Carolina Girl.
1982 is the year I was born, and when I have to add numbers after a screen name, that's just the number I've always gravitated toward

It's my username in lots of places. I was a big fan of a fantasy/sci-fi book series as a tween-youth called "Diadem". I even interviewed the author and got listed in a news publication in the UK (in the Author's hometown).
The second half is a longer story. I go by "Chi" (pronounced "CHEE" like cheese) to my husband and close friends. I took Japanese my first year in college and the poor native instructors could not pronounce my real first name for the life of them. My fellow classmates were also confused and could vaguely make out my butchered name sounded a bit like "Chi". The name stuck and I've been happy with it ever since. When I married, I legally made it my middle name.

Yes! I LOVE Pocky.
I used to figure skate when I was younger (about age 3 to 14), I loved it. Where I live, it is rare to find anyone else who skates/used to skate.

My last name is Eagar, and when I first made my bump name I was paranoid that lab mates of mine (who I know at least 1 is TTC) would somehow figure who I was if I used "JEagar."
Silly, I know. So instead I just made it "eagarlywaiting" figuring anyone reading it would think I misspelled eagerly into eagarly.
Now I don't care and would've just used JEagar!

Long story short...back before I had kids I was a server at Ruby Tuesdays. One of my favorite bartenders started calling me beccabot (my real name is Becca). When I asked him why he said he has watched me serve for a while...and I do it almost robotically...Like how I approach each table and introduce myself is the exact same every single time and it isn't until later when I would change how I talked to said table (I realized I was doing this and changed it all around)...
Anyways...he thought it was funny...so this is what he called me. It spread and to this day...all my good friends still call me beccabot. I will never get rid of the name but I think it is cute, and taught me to be a better server (Everyones greatest life accomplishment right?)
And the 4 is for how many kiddos I currently have.
LOL, it's so weird. Sometimes I feel embarrassed telling everyone what it means...

I like to joke that I grew up in ice rinks. My sister was a skater for her whole childhood and we spent pretty much ever spare moment at the rink. Luckily I was the kind of kid who was happy with my nose buried in a book

Mine was from back in the day when I had an AOL screen name!
I used sari since it was similar to my name Sarah and 28 is my birthday. Since it was part of my email address thats what I used when I signed up for the Knot.
Hahaha you're not alone. I've had so many people tell me they read it as "Mc Hupie" and I've also gotten Moochie, Moonpie, Munchie, Muchie, and Smoochie. Some of those nicknames have stuck.
