I'm going to need a picture. I was all "eww, rompers!" last summer and then I saw some girls who looked really cute and stylish in them so now I reserve judgment until I see how they look on.
I would say no solely on the fact that it would require almost complete disrobing to pee.

Absolutely not, it would look ridiculous, IMO. I know they tried to bring back rompers for women last season (especially out here in AZ where it's warm weather ... they had the shorts/strapless ones some people would wear with heels) but I always thought it was a very "young" style. Other than the rompers we associate with babies/children, the new "trendy" rompers only look sometimes cute on petite highschool/college age girls. Some cougers out here wear them, but I always thought it looked odd.
I kind of think it looks a little too teeny-bopper for pregnant mommies. Plus, I can imagine they'd be comfortable or flattering on a pregnant belly, given they are one-piece, often strapless, and usually have a little cinching on the waist ... do they even SELL rompers for pregnant women??

haha, thank you to those of you that made me giggle. Also, thank you gummybear for pointing out the pee factor... hadn't considered that. The dumb thing is, I would never wear a romper non-pregnant, so I don't know why I had this vision of me bouncing along happily in my maternity romper.
Well I guess Im the unpopular opinion...haha. I have never owned a romper and never really wanted one before, but I think it would be comfy and quick for being pregnant in the Spring/Summer. They also tend to be light weight. I guess it is also because I dont care much about if I look like a house in something or not and it would save time and effort on picking out an outfit. So I would say give it a try.
And for being over 18...I think alot of style no-no's are ok when you are pregnant. Who cares, people are going to think your bump is too cute anyway

I think that is cute and would look super cute on you.
I thought you'd meant something like this, which is a hell-to-the-no.
OMG, this is what I was thinking too... the other didn't look so bad... and IMO is probably one of those things that is a yes for some and "not ah" for others.

I agree. The pic OP posted is a lot different than I was expecting.
I saw a cute romper that was a swimsuit coverup on Motherhood.com. I thought it was cute! If I didn't hate my legs so bad I would have bought it for sure!! I think you should go for it

Fo' shizzle.
I would end up needing to carry around a change of clothes and a wetbag.
no one over the age of 18 months should wear a romper. Ever.
