First time pregnant and excited!

in 1st Trimester
Finally had it confirmed on the 10th that I'm pregnant, and probably about 5-6 weeks along. I'm REALLY excited and can't stop talking about it with my DH. I'm getting the prenatal care set up in a few days and then I can schedule my first doctor's appointment, and I can't wait!

    i am 5 days behind you ! I am sooo excited and a little scared too. I am 5 wees along and it is still sinking in . I keep thinin my period is gonna start but iis not. even though i have definite pregnancy symptoms and 2 positive tests  it still feels sureal Confused

    I've told nearly everyone, after getting it confirmed, since this is our first baby and just so excited about it. My 4 year old sister is probably more excited than anyone. She keeps going on about the baby, talking about how it likes whatever I'm eating, asks if it can hear anything yet, and keeps saying she loves the baby. It just makes me go Aww and want to cry a little at the same time. Can't wait until I get to carry around my first picture of the baby Big Smile

    @Amanda----- There's always a possibility of still having a period at the beginning of the pregnancy. I found that out today. Thought something was wrong for a little bit, but after taking a test to check and it coming out positive still, realized that I was just having a period anyway. Thought I was going to skip that, but I guess not. I hope you're one of the lucky ones that skip it.
