I am using First Response OPKs. I am testing twice a day. I got a faint line in the "test line" spot on Thursday twice. Yesterday two lines again. Test line was fainter than reference line again. Today the same thing. My test line is there but not as dark or darker than the reference line. Will it get darker? Does anyone else use these that could help me understand? Should I keep testing until the line goes away? Thanks!
Re: OPK Question
Hey Bek! I tried using the first response OPK but was also using the CB OPK at the same time..
I got 2 smileys (2 days in a row) with CB and I didn't get a positive with First Response till the 3rd day.. In other words, go with the CB they seem to be more effective in detecting the surge earlier than First Response--- and CB there are no lines go with the Smileys- they are super easy to read
GL and lots of baby dust to you!
I have First Response and Clear Blue digital OPKs. (My RE recommends the CB to take out the guess work). The line will get darker, just like everyone else said you have to wait till it gets as dark or darker than the control line.
This cycle, I used a CB in the morning and got the open circle, late afternoon I used a FR and the line was pretty dark, just a shade lighter than the control. The following morning I used a CB and got a smiley face. My RE did blood work that morning and said I was definetely surging.
