Ordered the furniture!

I'm so excited that we have gotten a start on our little man's room! We decided to go with a crib, dresser, nightstand, and mirror from Young America by Stanley, and we got a great deal at a store here. I seriously cannot believe though that we just ordered furniture. It makes all of these even more real! Tomorrow we are going back with another coupon and ordering our big comfy chair for the room.
Our little guy must have known he was getting some good stuff today because it felt like he was doing karate in there all day long. He's never been that active (or that I can feel anyway) so it was so great. 
And I finally have a big enough belly to hold up maternity pants so I'm not constanly tugging them back up. Yay milestones!

What crib did you go with?
Congrats! I'm 4 weeks ahead of you and haven't done anything yet....
We got the btg 2200 panel/slat crib and we got all the furniture in the dark wood. It's one of those convertible cribs. The furniture seems really well made (and since DH is an engineer he has done all these little "tests" on the furniture to make sure it will hold up well haha). We bought it in the hopes that our son will be able to use it until he's ready to move out.

Love that crib. It is on our list, but I *think* we're going with the Slat crib (looks similar, but slats on the back instead of the panel). I love that they're made in the US and the quality is great. My husband is an engineer as well...and we're hoping that our son will be able to use it until he's ready to move out! :-)
