Nervous for appt tomorrow

So tomorrow is my first overdue appointment.  I have a NST and sono scheduled.  I am really hoping for good news!  I was hoping to go into labor before this appointment, but so far it doesn't look like that is going to happen.  I am really nervous for tomorrow!  I am afraid that I won't have made any progress and then my midwife will just send me home and say see ya next week.  I'm hoping that if nothing is happening then she will schedule an induction date.  Eek!  I hope today goes by fast because I feel like i'm going to be a nervous wreck until tomorrow!

    Baby Boy Born 3.15.11. 8lb 9oz, 21.75in. 6 month stats: 20lb 11oz (92%tile), 30.12in.(100%tile - who knew it went over 99th? Which means 100% of other 6 month olds are shorter than mine!)
