So, I just had the weirdest experience...

I'm in New York for work (Chinatown, actually), and a co-worker of my mom's asked if I could find a tea place and check prices for her. 

I stopped at a tea shop, and while looking for what she wanted, the shop owner pulled me aside and told me, "You trying to have baby.  I have something for you" and took me over to some tea that she promises will "balance you out, help you make baby."

Now, can someone please explain to me how she knew I was TTC??

And you best believe I was so freaked out, I bought two boxes of it.

    She says it balances out your body.  I also have cystic acne on my neck (thanks PCOS), and she said after I steep my leaves twice (apparently I can get two cups out of every tea ball full) I should take the cooled wet leaves out and apply them to the cysts, and it should help heal them.

    I'll tell you in a few weeks if it works or not, but for the simple fact that she knew without asking that I was TTC, I'd stand on my head and sing "Disco Inferno" if she told me to!

    2 years into the TTC battle, I'll try just about anything, ya know?

    Plus, hell, tea's good for you, right?  Better than soda and whatnot.  And I usually HATE tea.  But she let me sample some of this, and it was good.  So worst case scenario, I just bought myself a healthy drink for a month or more!  LOL

    But every time I think about how she said that, I want to cry, it was so WEIRD!!!

    Right next door to the Holiday Inn at Lafayette and Howard, that's where I am staying.  On Lafayette.  Maybe we'll go 2 for 2 and prove the existence of psychics?  Cause MAN....  that was just weird.

    Well, if I get a BFP this cycle, the tea had nothing to do with it (already O'd), but if I get AF in another week or so, then we'll see if the tea does anything for me!  ;)

    With my luck, it was just a good guess on her part, and she's that much richer.  LOL.  but whatever, at the least, it's better for me to drink than soda (I'm really bad about drinking water, I have to have drinks with flavor...)

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]
