The only thing that was different was that I had this thick creamy discharge... Normally I was pretty dry at that time, so I definitely noticed it. Nothing else. Good luck!

9DPO=Some cramping. Felt like AF was coming. (I'm a 10-11 day LP person, so it was entirely possible).
10DPO=Dramatic temp plummet (look at the chart, its ridiculous). Sharper cramps. In hindsight, apparently that was the implantation dip and implantation cramps. I've never been so sure AF was imminent though as I was experiencing it.
11DPO=Temp spike (again, see chart) and AF still hadn't shown up. I got suspicious, so I tested. Sure enough. I've never been so thankful to be wrong in my life.
ETA: Looking at my chart, apparently my CM changed with the BFP too. I'd forgotten about that.
10 dpo and thereafter: swollen boobs...could have easily been mistaken for AF symptoms.
Last pregnancy (though it obviously didn't turn out well): daily headaches, cramping, swollen boobs, implantation spotting.

I am in tune with my body and did not have any symptoms that made me think that I was PG. The only thing was that my temps stayed high. I did not feel pregnant. I had cramps and thought would get AF. I was totally surprised with a BFP.
I asked a question similar to your when I was trying and it was hard to believe that a lot of ladies did not have any symptoms leading up to BFP, but when it happened to me, I definitely believe it. I definitely recommend temping while you are trying. My symptoms gradually started at week 6 with this PG.

This, but I also had a gut feeling I was pregnant.
Baby Boy loved for 15 weeks, 5/31/11
Baby Girl loved for 16.5 weeks. 3/1/12
I had creamy CM from O-BFP, as well as increased appetite, fatigue, and sore breasts. I also felt round ligament pain a few times before my BFP.
4DPO-Heartburn
5DPO-Nausea
6DPO-Heartburn, gas
7DPO-Heartburn, bloating.
Nothing out of the ordinary for any 2ww or PMS, except the RLP, since that is a very specific pain I had only ever felt while pregnant.

Tender boobs, queasiness, bloody nose, cramps.
If you really want to spend time analyzing symptoms, check out twoweekwait.com... people who got BFPs post their symptoms by DPO.
