Questions about dream feeding?

While we are on the subject, I have a few questions...

Do you change LO's diaper when you do this? Or only if you know they pooped?

Do you burp LO?

If yes to the above, do they wake up?

I don't dream feed - I change diaper every time and burp almost every time but I'm wondering if I can try this "dream feeding" thing out...I don't know exactly what that means though. Thanks!

    i feel the diaper first...if it's super wet..then I do...right in the crib, then feed b/c if they do wake a little...the bottle calms them down

    if it's poop...absolutely...they can get a rash if you don't since poop is acidic; even DD at 20 months...if I go in her room for whatever reason in the middle of the night and smell poop, I change her

    I do not burp during dreamfeeding and never had a problem
