Right side swelling more than left

My right foot and hand are swollen, but my left are not.  Should I be concerned?

    i have the same problemm.!

    my left ankle is always HUGE! and my left is normal, sometimes its a little swollen but nothing like my right.. i just dont get it. i told my doctor but she didnt say anything about it.. soo i donno..

    Same here except the opposite...left if more swollen than right.  Doc isn't concerned though I'm really tired of looking like the michellin man.

    I have the same thing. The doctor said the baby just probably prefers that side, and boy does it ever! It's always on my right side!
