Poor guy is so nervous walking around the room looking for Jason (J's having a loud sleep night). Usually he goes to bed in his crate when I put J to bed but tonight he followed me back downstairs.
He gets extra gassy when he's nervous. Lucky me.

Re: Dog is so confused by the baby monitor
Lucky! I just had to put him to bed. He's like a baby. He was pacing the room like crazy so I walked him upstairs and put him in his crate. He curled up and went to sleep.
He LOVES his crate. He's bigger than the rescue thought he'd be so he's a little cramped in his crate. Not growth retardation cramped but he can't sprawl out. I moved the crate to another room and just left the bed in the normal spot. He paced the house until he found his crate. And slept in it. Sooo we're keeping the crate for now. The next size up is too big.
I heard it makes dogs feel secure, having their own little space/cave, but I don't think my dog could handle it. He's taken to LO's boppy, though, kept stealing it and bringing it to our room to sleep on, so I just let him have it and DD got a new one. It's perfectly puppy-sized =P
