Hudson's 3 year appointment is today. Before I consult good ol'google I figured I would ask here first:) Will there be any shots today?

Griffin didn't have any for his 3 year well check.

I asked our Dr at Henry's last appt about his 2 year appt coming up and I do believe from 2 until before school they don't have any major shots. They need a bunch for before school but that's all.

DS didnt get any for his 3 year check up last month.

Nora didn't get any shots but got blood drawn for an anemia check.

The prevnar vaccine has been changed to include more strands. DS had to get a booster at his 3 year appt to catch up on the updated version.

My DS got the updated Prevnar booster and a flu shot (his birthday is in August, so the flu vac is typically available then).

I wasn't expecting any and DS was kinda mad that I told him no shots and he ended up with two.

Thanks! We did end up with a shot, but he did great. I think it was better I didn't know beforehand, Bc I was probably would have gotten him more worked up if I tried to prep him
