When did you ditch the bottle?

My DD does really well drinking out of a sippy cup but I usually only give it to her once a day (about 4-5 ozs. of BM or water/juice combo).  When did you decide to ditch the bottle and go full time sippy cup?

    My oldest had her last bottle right after her first birthday.

    My youngest will be 1 later this week and is not close.  She will not drink much at all out of a sippy and just gets mad and throws it... so she still gets a bottle in the morning and at night cause otherwise I worry she won't drink enough.  I stick to the sippy during the day but it's mostly a waste...

    9 months.  It only took about 3 days, replacing 1 bottle every day.

    Great idea!  I didn't think about that.  We may give that a shot starting tomorrow.

    We are still working on it. DS gets one bottle a day (before nap) and nurses morning and night. Everything else is from a straw sippy.
