I hate this time of year- when the heater kicks on and my sinuses get so dry. I have a throbbing headache right now. Any idea what I can do to make it feel better?

I've been getting those as well. I think I may need a humidifier for my office as a preventative measure. Stay hydrated; if extra water doesn't help, drink a caffinated beverage (Coke seems to work better than a latte for me); if you're still in pain, pop two Tylenol. Or do like me and just start with Tylenol and a Coke...works like a charm every time.

I thought about sleeping with a humidifier. You're right, I need it at work. I can totally be that weird lady with a humidifier on her desk!!!
