shape up/toning sneakers?

anyone ever used these...if so, which ones and do they work?

    I have the LA something or others... only thing they do is hurt my calves.

    I have the Reebok easy tones and sadly never noticed a difference when wearing them.

    They are a sham. Don't do it.

     

    And just a warning, don't post this on the nest fitness board. They will laugh you right out of there.

    Absolutely not worth anything.  They are just big, ugly sneakers.

    My mom has the Avia ones and walks several miles a day outside and swears she can feel them working. She also thinks they are super comfortable. 

    I have the Reebok ones that Kohl's sells and if I actually wore them or exercised I would give you a review but since I am too lazy for that and hate to wear tennis shoes I can't give my two cents.
