Hi Ladies! I previously posted that my husband and I had decided on two names - Ainsley (his choice) and Brynn (mine). I've since changed my mind and really like the name Corinne. I think it's a recognizable name that isn't overused. So I have been trying to get my husband to consider other names. He's come up with Shea, Sloane, Sydney, Whitley, Regan, Reese, Kendall and Carys. He realky likes the Celtic names and our last name is an Irish name starting with D. I really think Carys and Corrine would be cute. What do you ladies think. FYI our son's name is Colin so it may be too many C's. Thanks!
Re: Twin girl names - revisited
I like Carys and Corinne so much more than Ainsley and Brynn. However, all those C's really bug me. It's just a personal preference, but I really dislike matchy sibling names. Here are some other suggestions to go with Colin:
Bridget & Moira
Maeve & Fiona
Deirdre & Sabrina
Others: Imogen, Anna, Isolde, Mina, Muriel, Neala, Saoirse, Siobhan
Mommy's little helper
wait how is Carys pronounced?
LOVE Corrine. adding that to my list...
Carys and Corinne are really pretty.
Normally, all C's wouldn't be for me. But if you already have a Colin, and one of them is going to be Corinne, I would HAVE to have the other one a C name. OCD tops themes lol.
Oh my gosh that's gorgoeus! Carys and Corinne!!! A very Celtic sibling set! I dislike Ainsley and Brynn and there's really nothing special about either name. Carys and Corinne, now... that's a set of names! Gorgeous! I love it very much!!! It would be a shame if you moved on from this sibset. I love it!!!

ETA: The Cs do not bother me.

Ditto this. Corinne has a negative connotation for me, but it's still a beautiful name.

I don't take one single minute for granted.
I love Carys and Corrine, but not a real big fan of all the kids having the same letter. However if you're set on Corrine, your other child may wonder why they did not get a C name. I like your husband's style though. I love Shea, Sloane, Reese, and Carys.
How that I have been saying your son's name out loud with Corrine, I think the other girl has to be a C, it just doesnt sound right without it. LOVE CARYS THOUGH!
Fabulous choices! Much better than Ainsley and Brynn.
I like twin sets with the same first letter, but not matching in sound. You nailed it!

Top - that's what I was thinking too. If I can't get him away from Ainsley it will be strange - Ainsley, Corrine and Colin. Hmm.
Bottom - Now you see my issue! My siblings and I all have similar sounding names and it never really was an issue though.
Thanks ladies, I feel like we are getting there!!!!
