Are any of you measuring big? If so, how much ahead???

My fundal was right on track. In the BPP he measure about 42 weeks and about 8lbs 3 days before my induction. I was induced at 39 weeks and he was 9lbs 4 oz. OB insisted he was about 7 since my fundal was right on track. The measurements can be +/- 2 lbs. Don't let the measurements scare you. From being on here I think I am not the norm. Most of the posters says they are measuring huge and their baby came out an average size. I measured pretty average and he was on the big side. I also grow them big. DS1 was born in my 35th week and he was 6lbs even.

I am measuring a week a head. With DS I measured 4 weeks ahead and he was a healthy 7lbs 4 oz, I tend to have a lot of fluid.

I was just curious to know if my measuring big has to do with the GD. Both my ultra sound and weekly measurements have been consistently 2 to 2.5 weeks big. Ultra Sound Tech even made the comment that he's a big one and instantly asked us how big my husband and I were at birth. OB says I may need to schedule an CSection if he continues to measure so big with my height and size.

I measured bigger with my non-GD baby than I am with this one, but obviously don't know how big this one will be yet. My DS was 22 inches long when he was born, so I'm sure that had a lot to do with measuring 2 weeks ahead most of my pregnancy.
