Jewelry with kids' names or birthstones on it?

Anyone have any jewelry that have your kids' names or birthstones?  Where did you get it?

I want to ask for a necklace/pendant for Mother's Day this year, but DH will not feel comfortable picking something out for me (I don't wear a lot of jewelry, and I wear the heck out of the stuff I like the most).

My SIL gave me a necklace one Christmas with my girls' names on the pendants, but I guess it's obsolete now!  (When I opened the gift that Christmas my DH said to her "can a third one be added?" and my whole family was all "ooooh, you're planning on a THIRD baby?"  Thanks DH.)  The one she gave me is sort of like this:  https://www.blissliving.com/gold-silver-curved-charms-necklace.html

    Good idea!  Although, I've only been on Etsy once in my life, and I was totally overwhelmed by the choices.  I was looking for decals for the baby's room.  Is there a trick to narrowing down choices when searching on Etsy?

    I think you just have to get very specific with search terms. I just searched personalized mom necklace and tons of listings came up--Im not sure, but maybe you could filter the results by ratings? There is one seller I love but I can't find the listing--I'll keep looking though.

    Etsy can be totally overwhelming. You can narrow it to jewelry, then necklaces and then type in "mother" in the search box, though.

    That is really elegant.  I will confess that my kids' birthstones all together may look a little weird, which is why I'm thinking names instead.  My girls were born in Feb. and DS in November.  So it would be two purple stones (amethyst) and one yello/orange one (citrine).  Purple and orange.  Hmmm...

    I think about jewelry a lot, so I've thought if I don't like the way the birthstones end up you can just pick a representative - like two amethysts and a sapphire for DS.

    A friend of mine had a necklace made for me by this Etsy seller that looks similar to this https://www.etsy.com/listing/62288085/one.  She had it made before DD was born and then gave me the charm with DD's name on it to add to the necklace.  I love it (and since she's pregnant and has been lurking on this board, I hope she reads this)!

    Personally, I have a birthstone necklace from Stella & Dot - my girls are also November and February and I don't mind the color combination. The one I "built" is similar to the one seen bleow (with the leaf) except it is silver. I got the 30" chain, each girl's birthstone, each girl's initial and I put the leaf in the middle. It can be kind of pricey once you put all the pieces together but you could stick with just initial discs or just the birthstones or something. (I got mine using a free credit from hosting a trunk show at my house - if you are interested in hosting one I can put you in touch with my "stylist")

    I love the vintage pearl necklaces (www.thevintagepearl.com)  I have a flower and a circle, on the "simple" tab and I wear it everyday.  I have given these out to a few friends too and they love them.

    I saw this at a Hallmark store around Christmas and I want one now.  You can pick any charms you want for the inside and can even add more. They have birthstones in different shapes, and all kinds of other things.  Think Pandora bracelet, but these go inside the necklace and kind of float around in there.

    My sister got me one when DD was born - when DS was born she managed to take it without me knowing and sent it back to them and they added a second strand for him. It is really nice....

    Here is the one I have.  I love it.  She has a lot of styles and I like them all.

    And I'm dying laughing about the peapod looking like a vag - I have thought the same thing!

    I did have to have the connections fixed on the bracelet at a jeweler because the clasp was not soldered and I was afraid of losing it.  That was kind of disappointing, but I love the name pendants.  You can order just those and not the bracelet if you so choose.
