You've got to be kidding me

So I just got on facebook and saw that I had a message waiting

(sidenote: does anyone else have issues with the message notification? I just noticed I had a message from tp that I never got an email about or the red number up top either. Very annoying.) 

from a friend from college.

Another friend of ours is pregnant and I had a feeling when I saw the subject "shower" that she was going to ask me if I was coming or not. I had already told the hostess and the pregnant friend that I was not but this chick is one of those "must be in the action" types so I wasn't surprised if she was asking if I was going.

But no.

This message was a diatribe listing all the reasons I suck because I'm not going to the shower. And it was long and her examples of why I suck go as far back as the first day we met and I didn't introduce my dad to her (wtf).

1. The shower is 800 miles away. Not happening.

2. I hate showers. Not happening.

3. They all know the issues MrBunny and I have had with ttc. They were all around when I ended two relationships (one engagement) due to the guy not wanting to have kids. They all listed me as "most likely to have 10 kids by 15 year reunion" in our group.

I'm not totally sure how she got it in her head that I was going to appear with bells on.

I knew there was a reason I didn't talk to her that often. 

Fuuck TTC - I'm moving on.
