Genetic Counseling?

Hello Everyone,

I was just wondering if someone else had to do this?  My doctor wants me to, and I'm making myself worried because I have no idea what to expect.

    Can I ask who your doctor is and which hospital he is affiliated with? I know there are certain hospitals that require genetic testing, not sure about the counseling part.

    My doctor also recommended that I see a genetic counselor. Did he/she explain why?
