junk junk junk

so I usually eat very healthy and watch what I eat and now I am eating junk...I hate to admit this but for dinner I had fries, some fried mushrooms half a chicken sandwich and half a sloppy joe...W-T-F....my usual dinner is baked boneless skinless chicken and a veggie....ugh...

  • If it makes you feel any better, I'm also pretty healthy when it comes to meals, but I've had a good 2-3 weeks where the only thing I wanted was crap - taco bell, mcdonalds, shakes, fries, pizza, you name it. Just this week, I've started feeling more like myself and have been reaching for my old stand-by foods - yogurt, fruit, salads, etc. I still have treats, but it's been easier to control b/c the other healthy stuff is sounding decent again. I'm still not really eating much meat, but otherwise, I feel more normal. Hopefully, it's just a phase that you can ride out.
