I am wondering what ur two year olds go to toys are? I would like to get DC some new toys but want them to be toys he will actually play with...not just for a short amount of time. Thanks in advance ladies.

G loves books. He will pick up books for us to read to him all the time. He also loves his football and his coloring book and crayons.

I got DS a bunch of Duplos. When he makes the switch to Legos, he can still play with the Duplos since they will connect.

I also buy the Megabloks Thomas Trains because the Duplos will also fit on them AND they're compatible with the small Thomas Trackmaster system we got (and cheaper than the Trackmaster trains). I love when different toys will work together.
