I have a pedi appointment on friday and I will ask the doctor about the squealing. My husband thinks he's frustrated because it doesnt come out fast enough for him but we try using another nipple (same one from the hospital) which is a little faster then our medela nipple and he can't keep up with it. I think it's a little more then the nipple and i'll keep you posted. How are your babies doing? how old are they now?

    Yes please keep me posted.  My babies are doing well.  They have their good and bad days of course.  I think that the hardest part is DS1 though.  If I just had the twins my days would be much easier.  Your boys are precious by the way.  Love the siggy pic.  We need to get new pics so that I can update mine.
