Hi all.... First, let me say that I am VERY lucky to have a Dr. who sees me weekly. For those of you who haven't had your first u/s, you're the normal ones. I had some fertility issues so I'm being closely monitored.
The outcome of all of this is I've had a very good look at my baby's development since week 5.
Today, I am 9w 1d and had my first u/s that sctually shows something that looks like a baby! It had arm buds! So cute.
I hope you all get a chance to see your babies soon!
Heartbeat was 165 and I measured 9w 2d. I already have a perfect child. LOL!

Re: 9w 1d U/S - It has hands! (PIP)
We keep calling it a him. But I think that's more wishful thinking than gut feel. I am pretty set on a girl name already though, which may be my subconscience telling me that it's a girl.
Strangely enough, my brother and his GF went to a psychic in October of last year and the man mentioned my husband by name and said he's be having a boy soon. So far, he's half right.
ARMS!!! That is too cute for words!
I'm lucking out and getting a 2nd u/s in a week and a half (at 8w6d), but my friends say even having my dating u/s was "bizarre" and they only saw their babies at the u/s to determine sex!
I hope you see little arms!
It's so adorable. I can't stop gushing. LOL!
Yay !
If they are seeing you weekly, are they doing u/s weekly as well? If so, I'm so jealous. Even though I did IVF, I'm just going monthly, now, and will only have 3 more u/s for the duration of my pregnancy ( unless anything goes wrong).

They actually do u/s every week. Perhaps it's just the practice I chose? I didn't know this until I actually got preganant though.
Next week is graduation when I become a normal person and will probably only get to see the baby next at 20 weeks. I've been so spoiled, I don't know what I will do!
Cute! My first US with Jack was around nine weeks and all I could think was that it looked like a sweet little gummy bear!
Its amazing how fast they go from a little blob to something human looking!
