I'd call the pharmacist and ask on that one. I know it contains aspirin, which you should never give to kids, but does it get into breastmilk is the question...
Aspirin is best avoided during breastfeeding, especially with very young infants, although an occasional single low dose of aspirin daily is unlikely to cause problems in the infant. The risks with chronic high dose aspirin use are less clear, but it is probably prudent to monitor infant salicylate serum levels in this situation, particularly in neonates. If aspirin is taken, avoid breastfeeding for 1 to 2 hours after a dose to minimize antiplatelet effects. The risk of Reye's syndrome caused by salicylate in breastmilk is unknown.
