I make mine with 2 ripe bananas, some cut up pineapple (maybe a cup or a little less), 2 cups of diced apple (or just apple juice if I don't have any) and then some liquid to thin it out... we use rice milk for Charlotte but if you don't have any milk issues than you could just use milk. I also put ground flaxseed in ours.
ETA: Okay I totally forgot to put the main ingredient... spinach! Duh! I just throw in a bunch. As you can tell, I'm not much of a measurer.

I make myself green smoothies a few times a week and love them! I make mine in my magic bullet.
First blend a handful of spinach with water (can also use dandelion greens, kale, or parsely but I like spinach the most). Then add half a banana and frozen fruit. I like straweberries, mangos, pinapples, kiwi (any combo of those) and blend.
If I have pineapple juice I replace the water with pineapple juice but then its a little frothy and to get rid of that problem I add a slice of avacado.
No yogurt in mine - I like just the veggies and fruit. Enjoy

I totally wing it... but here is generally what I do:
2-3 cups of fresh spinach or romaine lettuce leaves
1 orange
1 apple
1 banana
2ish cups of plain yogurt
1 few ice cubes
a little bit of water to help blend (1/2 cup??)
1/2 cup? of ground flax seed meal.
throw it all into the blender and drink up. The kids and I LOVE them. We freeze any leftovers into popcicles and have green popcicles
