Long story short, I want a new stroller for 15-month-old DS. DH and I think we will have another DC, but aren't positive. (Planning to TTC next Feb.) I don't want to spend the money for the Baby Jogger or other "high end" stoller if I'm going to end up with a double at some point.
Do you know if Baby Jogger or BOB or MacLaren makes a connector for 2 single stollers? Should I just get a double stroller and forget the whole thing?
Re: Converting single strollers to double stroller
The only one I've seen is this one by Prince Lionheart:
I do have the Britax B-Ready for my 2u2 and LOVE it! But if you just want to simply connect 2 strollers, this connector is probably the way to go!

i have never heard good things about the stroller connectors - and many MoMs on the multiples board have tried them - i would NOT go that route.
The Phil & Teds & BJ CIty Select are two GREAT options. I have owned both (i sold my P&T b/c it's not great for twins) and now use the Select almost every day for my twins- and sometimes just one of them- it's an amazing stroller - so fast to go from single to double- which is nice when i have just one, etc.
There are a few others that have a 2nd seat you can attach, that are similar to the Select, but are not full sized seats - and the seat is lower to the ground without a good view (more like the P&T second seat... but the benefit of the P&T is that it is an all-terrain)... the Britax BReady, and the Uppa Baby have a 2nd seat option - but again, they are very similar to the Select in style/use - but the 2nd seat isn't nearly as great as the Select b/c of placement and size, and functionality.
