I started the Points+ online last friday. When tracking activity, do you track cleaning? I mean like sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry. Or do you think this is micromanagement and likely to hurt my weight loss because I'm getting extra points to swap?
I don't track any activity that I do. I want to burn more calories than I am taking in, therefore I don't swap any activty points for food points. That's just me though! I know people who use all of their daily, weekly and activty points and still successfully lose weight. GL.

I am trying not to use my Weekly points, and I have it set up to use activity points first.
