I have been terrible today. My power was out this morning. Still residual from the ice storm. I think they were fixing people around us, luckily it was only out half the day.
As a result, I had a banana for breakfast as I ran out the door with my laptop to go work at Panera so I could have internet. I had a cookie and a latte there. Then I met my DH for lunch and I had a cheeseburger and fries. I think I need to be a little healthier with my dinner.
Cupcake. Lo mein, beef w/broccoli, general tso chicken and two cheese puffs for lunch. Cupcake.
I wish I'd had something more substantial than the two cupcakes because I was starving all morning and now I'm so hungry again just a few hours after lunch. But they were worth it.
My eating has been so-so today. Not bad, but I know that I should be geting more veggies...
B- 2 slices high fiber wheat bread with PB and a little honey, a tall glass of milk, and a V8 on the way into work.
S1- Wasn't hungry for a snack (shocking). I had a granola bar and an apple on reserve, but haven't eaten it yet.
L- Left overs from last nights dinner: baked chicken breast covered w/ pharm breadcrumbs, mashed potatoes, and corn, and a chocolate pudding snack.
S2- 2 small clemintines, and possibly the apple or granola bar from earlier.
I'm not sure what I am doing for dinner since it's a school night, probably something fast. I might pick up subway, so I can at least get some more veggies in.
Breakfast: bfast sandwich croissant (sausage, egg, cheese and croissant) and a glass of oj
Snack: Banana and bottle of water
Lunch: another breakfast favorite: Breakfast burrito and bowl of fresh fruit (grapes, watermelon, strawberries, melons)
Snack: its Easter candy time but these are my favorite: the chocolate Easter eggs that are small in size, solid chocolate, yum w/ more water of course
Dinner: I put a pot roast in the crock pot while home for lunch w/ potatoes and will also make some sweet corn(frozen from last summer) so excited about this meal!! oh and for desert some peach cobbler!

Lunch- pb&j and a blue raspberry airhead as I headed out to the barn for my horse to get a red light therapy session.
Dinner- going to my grandma's house to hang out and she's making a chicken pot pie
breakfast: a buttered crossaint from Starbucks, and I tried yogurt, but threw it away
lunch: a lean pocket - pep pizza, some sunflower seeds, and a lemonade
snack: two bites of an awful banana, a pack of cheese crackers with peanut butter, a handful of popcorn, and three pringles (all at various times since i left work)
Now that I think about it I feel like I ate nothing of substance!
My appetite is finally coming back!! I've had: CocoaPuffs with milk, cheesy rice with broccoli, salad with tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and ranch dressing, yogurt with raspberries, cantelope, a couple pieces of cheese bread, some V8, Hershey kisses, and lots of water. ETA: forgot a piece of bread with Nutella.

Breakfast: Whole Grain toast with peanut butter.
Lunch: Qdoba chicken tacos. Threw those up.
Snack: Going to eat a bowl of oatmeal here soon...maybe it will stay down
Breakfast- 4 egg whites, half a slice of cheddar, and Oatmeal (1/2c dry) with honey
Snack- Low carb bagel with strawberry FF cream cheese
Lunch- slice of cheese pizza, big salad with 1tbsp ranch, 1 krispie treat
afternoon snack will be another bagel (loading up on fiber)
Dinner- cheesy taco pasta leftovers, if I can stomach them. Otherwise another omelet and a banana.

I am impressed with all you proactive mamas using your crockpots for dinner. I alway mean to use my crockpot more, but I never do it.
My poor crockpots only get used for parties.
