Suggestions for WTF appt after 3 failed IVFs?

You can see my basic history in my signature and a lot of you have been aware of what's been happening over the past 1.5 years of IVF.  Thursday afternoon is our WTF appointment and I'm just curious if any of you have some suggestions that I might not have heard or thought of yet to present at this meeting.  This was my first cycle with this RE and I LOVE LOVE LOVE her and the office.  She diagnosed me with PCOS and I've been on meds for several months now... we did a hysteroscopy and removed polyps... we did PGS testing so we knew we were putting back a "normal" embryo... I feel like we did a LOT to put the odds in our favor this cycle and yet again we were met with defeat.  We have 2 (normal) embryos frozen so we'll be looking at an FET.  I am looking at adding acupuncture.  Thanks again for your support and input.

I'm so sorry about your negative. Have you had an RPL performed? It would rule out any common autoimmune disorders. 

I will PM you the notes of tests I was looking at before I went to the RI. I know Dr. KK did a few more than that. One key difference is performing an US that measured blood flow inside the uterus and to each ovary. A blood clotting or inflammation problem could affect the blood flow.

Wow, all of that is jibberish to me but thank you @IFinTN and @poohniki !!!  I'm making notes of things to bring up today!

PS - @IFinTN - I'm assuming you're in Tennessee!?  My hubby is from there and we lived in Knoxville a couple years.  I LOVED it and miss it... we only get out there a couple times per year to visit.

I had a very similiar issue going on. I've had 3 BFNs. Once I switched RE's we also added CGH testing (PGS is basically the same thing). My new RE ran all of the RPL tests on me. He tesetd me for all the blood clotting disorders, also immune issues. We added intralipids to the 4th Transfer (with a "normal" embryo) and I finally got a positive beta (but it was too low!). For the 5th transfer we added Lovenox (a blood thinner -experimentally thought to increase blood flow during implantation) and we did the intralipids again andt his one worked!

My biggest advice is to ask your new RE to test you for any blood clotting disorders and immune issues. Good luckto you! I konw how much is sucks when you keep getting BFNs back to back. xo

I've had 3 failed IVFs (I guess technically the first was canceled) and one failed FET w/ donor embryos. We decided to see a Reproductive Immunologist before doing any other treatment cycles. I actually did some immune testing after IVF #1. We were OOP and my RE wanted to make sure that we didn't have any other issues that would prevent me from getting pregnant. My NK cells came back borderline high, so they treated me for those during my next IVF cycles. Since if you have one auto-immune issue you are more likely to have another, I want to make sure there is nothing else that needs to be treated during our cycles.

I also suggest immune testing or at the very least RPL panel.
