Though I am not sure if I will be able to, since I am going to try to breastfeed (still reading up on everything so please forgive my ignorance) -- I would absoloutely love just one fruity alcoholic mixed drink. Or maybe a glass of champagne.
Margarita Baby!! As for drinking while nursing, you can totally do it. Check out the La Leche league website for more details. I'm not saying go and get plastered but if you drink a glass of wine or beer or a cocktail while breastfeeding it will cycle out of your milk before the next feeding. Your body will actually filter out the alcohol out of your breastmilk before your blood (crazy huh!) The rule is if you can drive you can feed. If it will make you feel any better you can buy Milksense from Target or BRU and it will allow you to do a litmus test on your breastmilk to determine alcohol content. Furthermore my OB and lactation consultant said she would drink while breastfeeding no harm done and no studies that show harm was done not a one with any credibility. My lactation consultant says that this is just another one of those crazy rules that discourage mom's from bfing unnecessarily.
ETA sorry I meant nursing not pregnant before the flaming begins on that topic.
A large medium rare steak, baked potato with all the butter, sour cream and bacon I want, and a caesar salad. A large margarita to go with. Then, I would like to lay in bed and sleep on my back and/or stomach all night without having to get up and pee.
I'm ready for my due date more than ever right now.
THIS exactly.... At Texas Roadhouse with some friends. Though I really want the stomach sleeping more than the back.
To sleep on my back again will be a dream come true, and to be able to get out of bed without worrying my pelvis will slip and pinch a nerve...oooowww that hurts!

As I understand it, it is a common for Dr.s to suggest beer to help your milk come in! I can NOT wait! I mean, not drink a 6 pack or anything, I think they told my gf 2 a day is beneficial! I miss beer....and sushi! Those will be my gifts to myself. Along with the best gift of all....MY BABY!!! I can't wait to meet her!!!!
I want a large Texas Margarita with extra salt, my birthday is March 6th and my CSection is March 9th, maybe I can have one a week late after I get home!
2. At least one bottle of the beer DH found about 6 months ago that he can't stop talking about. (might have to wait a little while more for this - hoping to breast feed)
If it's a dark beer, half a glass could HELP your milk supply come in. My mother force-fed (well, not a lot of forcing- it was yummy!) me a half-glass of dark beer for that reason, and I had a great over-supply/freezer stash. Yes, I'm a one-person statistically-representitive example.
Guinness was my go-to fix when I needed to boost my supply. 1 every night after dinner did the job!
My FIL brought me a guinness to my hospital room... It was great!!! I also had a great supply to the point we had to get another fridge

I want a chilled bottle of Vueve Cliqout waiting for me in PP! I got giddy when I toured the revamped PP rooms at my hospital and they added a mini-fridge to each room. Mimosas for all of my visitors!
this is what I want too! have the bottle ready now but was unsure if hospital policy would let me bring it? I love my champagne with pom or some pineapple juice:) I'm also bringing coconut water because I've been in love with it during pregnancy
Because I'm having a homebirth, I've written to-do lists for my mom and husband. At the bottom of my mom's are instructions for buying me donuts (several types and where specifically to get them from). I've had GD, and pre-pregnancy hated donuts but they are my biggest craving now. I'm worried it's one of those want-it-because-you-can't-have-it cravings and will be gone after LO is born.
If early labor is long, I plan on baking a "birth day" cake to take up time, so that'll be one of the first things I probably eat after LO is born if I actually make it.

This exactly!! For me, my "push" present would be a giant green apple martini, a strawberry daquari, or a banana margarita... mmm...
My SIL is on italian sub/sandwich duty. I am delivering in the same town as a world-renoun gourmet sandwich shop and I want my delivery room fridge stocked with jewish deli goodness. Corned beef on rye, italian sub on seeded roll dripping with dressing, unpasturized cheeses on fresh bagels......
A bottle of Alexander Keith's, or a green pint of it for St. Patrick's day if I don't go past it
A massage once I'm able to lay on my stomach again
A soak in a hot tub

Things to avoid during pregnancy: Eye contact with cats. Cats will suck the burgeoning life right out of you, using their infamous feline mind-powers. Avert your eyes, and move along.
FACT: 1 in 10 people are said to be a carrier of Listeria. Therefore you should avoid all shopping malls, grocery stores and busy street corners for the duration of your pregnancy. Or microwave anyone you contact until steaming, just to be safe.
I told DH last night to go and buy some wine to put aside for me. He will drink all of it and I want some dang wine when I get home. (Who knows if I will feel like it but I want it here just in case!) I love wine and with it comes heartburn right now, even if it's just a few sips.

I think I'd like a beer and a glass of wine equally...maybe a nice cold Molson and a huge glass of a very deep red...a Bordeaux or a Zinfandel. Any glasses I have been sneaking now have been tiny and as light as possible. I also second the sleeping on my stomach...although I think my boobs are going to keep me away from that for a while.
The biggest plate of sashimi I've ever laid eyes on - screw all the seaweed and rice and extra crap they shove in the rolls. I just want a crap ton of raw fish. Then a very large juicy steak that's cooked medium rare (well-done is so gross) and covered in fat. Then a Firehouse Italian sub for every meal the day after she is born. We'll see if I get any of this but this is what I want.
Champaigne. And sushi. Although I have had sushi once while pregnant (go ahead, shoot me) and yes, the raw tuna kind, not the cooked crab or shrimp kind. No one died. I promise.
But Champaigne. Yum. I asked my fiance to have a bottle waiting for me after I deliver, and he was apalled. Thats when one of my best girlfriends said "no worries, I already planned on bringing it" Gotta love girlfriends!

The "largest" pint of Smithwicks DH can find
and like PP said... a private room at $200/night!
I would say uninterupted sleep.
Sleep has been so horrible with the pregnancy so I can't wait to actually be somewhat comfortable in the bed again!
