WDYT of Annalee as a first name for a girl? It would be hard to fit a mn with it so it might be better to do Anna as the fn and Leigh as the mn. What are your thoughts?
Married 5/31/08 * TTC#1 9/09 - 2/11
after anovulatory diagnosis and TTC for 1 1/2yrs with several medicated cycles and one chemical pregnancy, we have our first bundle of joy!

    My first thought is that she'll deal with a lifetime of "Anally" comments. I'd keep looking.

    the "anal" thing might be a problem. if that would bother you (as i'm sure it would) i'd keep looking. it's a pretty name, though, no doubt. there was a gorgeous girl on ANTM named annaleigh.

    I knew a girl in hs named Anna Lee... nobody got her name wrong or had any problems pronouncing it....but it was her first and middle name, so that might be the way to go...pretty name imo....

    I don't think anyone is going to call her anal-lee... that's waaay overthinking it and almost looking for a way to mispronounce it... Most people would probably even try to avoid saying it that way so that they don't say "anal"

    Anna is pretty freaking straightforward and so is lee... just saying...

    This is no bueno. Don't you see the word ANAL when you look at it?

    I'd do fn Anna, mn Leigh, or do Annaleise (Anna Leigh would be my first choice).

    Sorry, but I also immediately think/hear anal/anally when I see this name, especially spelled this way.  I like the suggestion of Anna Leigh or Anneliese.

    I would separate it too. I actually know someone that named her baby Annalie and I'm pretty sure, she combined Andrew and Natalie (their names). Weird.
