I love my JuJuBe Packabe. Tons of room for my CDs and other things and I like that it can be worn over the shoulder or as a backpack (very handy when babywearing). It retails for $120 but they go on deal sites sometimes. I snagged mine from Zulily for $60 a while back.
Skip Hop makes some reasonable priced, roomy bags.

It's all about personal choice. What works for me may not work for you.
I, personally, use a messenger bag from the disney store, and an old gym bag for daycare.
I don't have one, but I've heard people love Vera Bradly baby bags and they have some patterns/colors on sale on their website right now.
The diaper bags I have are just "okay" but I'm getting away with a smaller diaper bag now because I have a toddler & he goes longer between changes.
